Also a working 5.1 Surround Sound system, with manuals and works fine, and would include all the speakers.  the sub-wolfer is in an unopened box because I used a different sub-wolfer.  We don’t have a TV, so this has been sitting around for a couple years.  I have another Surround Sound amplifier without speakers.

We are thinking about downsizing to a smaller hours, maybe East of Colorado Springs (better propagation), but not really sure.  We are sure we want to get out from under a mortgage.
