[PPRAANet] USS Arizona special event at Ellicott March 16th

There will be a special event station at Ellicott for the laying of  the 
keel of the USS Arizona on March 16. Everyone is invited. Hopefully  there 
will be enough folks coming out to have 2 SSB stations running. The  USS 
Arizona was constructed in 1913-1914. Time of operation will be  from 9am to 3-4 
pm. A certificate will be available for those who work KØUSN the  call we 
will be using.
