[PPRAANet] Update on 146.52 MHz Interference

Just a quick update on the 146.52 MHz interference we are hearing in the 
Colorado Springs area.
The signal continues to show up intermittently as a burst of digital 
noise lasting for a few seconds. The repetition rate varies dramatically 
from "hardly ever" to "every few minutes". Sometimes other signals are 
present that are not digital in nature. A bunch of local hams have been 
trying to track this down...thanks to everyone that has assisted. We 
have actually learned a lot about the source of this signal but 
obviously have not yet remedied the problem.

Mostly, I wanted to let you know people are working on this. If you have
