[PPRAANet] Megafest stuff

All,
  As you may have heard, the setup for Megafest 2016 is tomorrow, 7/8/16, at 5:00 at Lewis Palmer High School.  We need as many hands as we can get to put up the tables and chairs in preparation for the vendors arrival at 6:00 AM on Saturday.  The more hands, the less work for all who show up.    We'll also be laying out the power cords and power strips for the vendors.  If you have power cords and/or power strips we can use, please bring them.  Remember to identify them with your name and call so we can make sure you get them back after.    We can always use hand carts to assist the vendors bringing in their many boxes and totes of good things to sell to the shoppers.  Also mark your equipment so we can get it back to you.  If you would like to assist in helping with the vendors, please contact me and I will have lots for you to do.  It is much easier if we have several people doing this big job.  Hope to see you there and we certainly can use your help setting up and helping out at the Megafest if you can.
