[PPRAANet] Worlds Record for Making DXCC

Congratulations Paul --

This is definitely is an achievement.  I just looked up the rules, and 
it appears that you only ( :-) ) need 330 countries to achieve honor 
roll status -- so looks like you bypassed the bottom rung.

I would like to suggest to the officers of PPRAA that this achievement 
be recognized during the next PPRAA meeting.
