Recently , My Call sign ( YI1RZ ) appeared in the dx cluster many times , just i would like to inform you this is not me , there is a pirate operator utilizing my call sign and unfortunately there is no LAW in Iraq to stop him , i am still in Turkey and please if you saw my call sign appeared again in the cluster just report it as " UTILIZING BY PIRATE " and i will thankful for you .
