[PPRAANet] PIRATE Warning

I recently received the following from a friend, Razi, YI1RZ in Iraq. 
Somebody in Iraq (or someplace) is using his call, YI1RZ and it's not him.

Razi and his xyl are refugees from Iraq who are currently in Turkey and 
waiting for Visa's to allow them to come to the US.  He anticipates an 
interview in September.

So, if you hear YI1RZ on the air or being spotted, please post on the 
clusters that it is a PIRATE.

When Razi is back on the air I will advise those who are interested.

Greetings my friends...

Recently , My Call sign ( YI1RZ ) appeared in the dx cluster many times , 
just i would like to inform you this is not me , there is a pirate operator 
utilizing my call sign and unfortunately there is no LAW in Iraq to stop him 
, i am still in Turkey and please if you saw my call sign appeared again in 
the cluster just report it as " UTILIZING BY PIRATE " and i will thankful 
for you .
