[PPRAANet] VX-3R Programming software & data file AND ARES help

Hi Dennis.

I’m pretty sure the free CHIRP programming software works with it, if you have a programming cable. I have a CHIRP program file that I used for my FT1D that I can send you. It might work with the VX3.
