Please see Bill's note below. We could use a few more operators, even if you are not ARES members.

    To all,

The Tour de Cure is going to be a FUN day - the weather on Saturday
looks to be exceptional as will be the company we keep that day.

Here is the ICS 204 - Radio Operator Assignments for the Tour de
Cure. Please take a close look at especially the ICS 204a as it
details who needs to be where and when. We all need to pay
attention to the assignment details and times in order to make it
with the 20 operators that we have. Let us know if you have any
    questions.

If Rest Stop, Start/Finish, or SAG Operators would like a picture
description of where they are "located / reporting" to during the
day, reply to this email and I would be glad to send that additional
information to you. Do no want to swamp anyone with too much
information they do not feel that they need.

As a Team, we face a considerable challenge supporting this event
with only 20 operators available. Buck and I collaborated to work
this out. We shorted stations where we thought we could, had the
second operators report a little late to their RS, and asked
operators to fill in holes early in the morning and later in the
afternoon. Many many thanks in advance for going this extra mile.
    You are all really special.

Now we are fine tuning the ICS 201 charts and timeline to line up
with this ICS 204. They will follow later this weekend.

If we could come up with 5-6 more operators, this manning would be
greatly simplified. If you know of a fellow ARES or Ham Operator
who might join us, would you please contact them.

Please acknowledge receipt of this email.

    Again Many Thanks in advance

Would each of you please be so kind to let us (myself and Buck
KO0Y) know that you received this email containing the ICS 201 and
ICS 205. Buck and I are cc'd above. Accidentally left the
request off last night when I send it out. Many Thanks in
      advance. :-)

Thank you Team for patiently waiting for the publishing of the
ICS 201 for the 2015 ADA Tour de Cure on 26 Sep 2015. It is
going to be FUN event that everyone will enjoy!

        Additionally the

        ICS-205
INCIDENT RADIO COMMUNICATIONS PLAN is attached. Note that,
thanks to the generosity of Bob Witte, K0NR, we will be
using his repeater (447.725 (-) 100Hz) for UHF digital comm
testing during the event this year. More on that at the end
of the week. You will also note that we are working to set
up APRS tracking for the Tour de Cure Sweep vehicle, so if
you have APRS equipment, plan to bring it along.

The ICS 204 Radio Operator Position Assignments Plan is in
preparation taking your special requests into careful
consideration. Likewise, the UHF/VHF Digital & HF Voice
and Digital Comm Plan Supplement for this event is in
preparation. Both are planned to be published by the end of
            the week.

We are working to keep changes to a minimum. You might
consider keeping the plans in electronic form until
either a change is published or until early next week
arrives. From this point on, we are only publishing
change pages to each of the plans. Thus you never have
to re-print the entire plan for a change, only slip out
the old page and print / slip in the new one.

The ICS 204 and the 2015
UHF/VHF Digital & HF Voice and Digital Comm Plan
Supplement are planned to be out by the end of the week.
                 :-)

We have worked hard to tailor the plan to
the more limited number of operators we have this year (do
wish we could attract more to participate - there are plenty
of positions). We also had to accommodate a number of
changes from the ADA Tour de Cure Team which actually made
            it a better event.

We invite you to review the two and ask any questions.

            Glad to have you aboard!
