[PPRAANet] This Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 3 day QSO WEEKEND at Ellicott

This Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, members of the PPRAA will activate AFØS 
for a weekend of QSO style contacts. No contest style operating just 
rag-chew contacts. We will see how close we come to WAS. WV7T Mike and N4HYF 
Raleigh expect to be on site no later than 10 am Friday.
 
Everyone, club members or not are enchouraged to come out and help wear out 
the radios so we can get new ones. With our new beam on top a 50 foot tower 
we will be the loudest station on the bands.
 
If you feel inclined bring drinks and snacks to keep you energized during 
the midnight shift.
 
SSB, FM, and CW will the modes in use this time. Digital may be operational 
if WV7T gets busy and makes the interface.
 
Talk-in is 146.460 simplex.
 
Come out one and all to this great opportunity to operate a 1st class 
station and antenna system.
