[PPRAANet] Anyone know N0ZUQ?

Does anyone know N0ZUQ?  In QRZ it comes back as a CLIFFORD F MIKKELSON, JR.  
 
His VHF APRS beacon is going off about every 10 seconds, which is extremely fast and impairs other people's use of the APRS system along the front range.  I have sent him two emails at the address listed in QRZ, but have gotten no response.  I hate to drive over there and knock on his door, so if anyone knows him and can get in touch with him to have him reduce his beacon rate to no faster than about every 180 seconds or just turn it off for now (he appears to have been stationary most of the day so I think he has it in his car and leaves it running 24/7), it would be greatly appreciated.
