[PPRAANet] Log Book of the World (LoTW) call sign certificate

Thanks for all of your feed back. Made contact with ARRL via email, took a
small reprimand for asking you guys first but they sent the certificate
after moving me ahead in line. Wonder why they did that - all I wanted to
know was what to expect.
