Ernie not knowing what you have done up to this point I would go back to 
the ARRL web site and go through the steps in Getting Started With 
LOTW.  From what I remember when I got set up you have to follow it step 
by step.  If you fail to do a step it can cause a lot of problems and 
you will have to start the process all over again.
