[PPRAANet] Need Parallel to Serial Converter for Printer

i have an old printer with a parallel output and need to convert it to serial data.
Some companies have made this converter (Shift register) built right into the Parallel connector.
i have a Centronics 36 pin parallel printer connector and need to go to some kind of serial connection.
Maybe you have a Black Box converter?
