[PPRAANet] [Gmc] [MHDXA] Shocking UPS Package from ARRL

Out of touch for two days (VA Endoscopy, Minor Surgery,Retinal Pics, ect.),
so I failed to get you the ICOM sponsor point of contact. Looks like others
in the club have come through with the info that you need. I found a 2012
IARU World Championship Certificate (1st Pl WY Section-SO-PH ONLY-Low
Power) in my mail box this evening, along with the same "sorry were behind"
letter that I received last month with my NOV SS PH certificate.
I'm frankly impressed with the ARRL Contest Division's effort to catch up
on plaque and certificate distribution. Again congrats! I have only
garnered two RMD plaques since becoming a ham in 1989, (both for Nov SS-one
SOLP PH, and one SO QRP PH), and I treasure them both.
