Dick,
F.B. on the Plaque Win! You might consider dropping a note to ARRL,
thanking ICOM for their plaque program sponsorship. I did so recently, (and
my e mail was certainly over due). It's good to see ARRL HQ Contest
Division admit that they had fallen badly behind, and that they intend to
greatly reduce the suspense times for certificates and plaques.
Again congratulations. Great job!
