Can I get an idea of who will be there this afternoon for setup? Even if you can't move tables, we could still use your help. 

We need:

table setup team (John is the head of this)

signs (does anyone have ones from previous years) 

numbering the tables after they are setup 
John you have the numbers right or do we need to make these yet?

Counter - raffle tickets into groups of 5

stapler - to staple these raffle groups of 5 tickets

Combiner - take 8 small packets of 5 to make a 40 pack, combine with a rubber band
