I received a pleasant surprise in today's mail.  A Certificate from the 
ARRL for the 2012 ARRL SSB Sweepstakes.  

It read:

ARRL SWEEPSTAKES
            Phone
Presented to W0RAA

First Place - Colorado Section  
  Single Operator Unlimited  
           Low Power

           Year 2012  

It was accompanied by a letter of congratulations and an explanation 
of why it took so long to send it out. They said they were dealing with 
personnel changes and are in the process of catching up on past due 
Certificates & Plaques.  

It's always nice to get mail like that.
