[PPRAANet] House Bill 14-1216, Tower markings

The bill was heard in state Senate committee, amended to address the term "adjacent" and to change the penalties, then passed by the state Senate.  It was returned to the state House and they have concurred with the amendments.  So, at this point, barring a veto by Gov. Hickenlooper (unlikely), it looks like this will become law as currently written.  
 
Just a reminder, this bill applies in unincorporated areas of Colorado.
