Hi PPRAA board members!

I am 21 y.o. SWL Timm from Germany and I plan to visit Colorado Springs in
July. I will be visiting my YL from July 22-30 and we plan to do a
roundtrip from Denver to Cheyenne, Estes Park and Colorado Springs to her
home in Texas and back to Denver.

I've thought of visiting the Air Force Academy and one of you guys, if
interested. My YL has never been in touch with our great hobby so it might
be a nice opportunity to visit a ham radio station and maybe show her some
HF operation. We will be in need of some accommodation in Colorado Springs
for one night. Could anyone of you help us with that? Our budget is limited
as my flights from/to Germany plus the gas for the car will take quite a
lot of money. So any help is highly appreciated. :-)

About me:
I have been an avid SWL since 2006, mainly active on the upper bands in SSB
enjoying DX, WAS, county-hunting and contesting as well as QSLing. So far I
have 42 US states and 182 DXCC entities confirmed by QSL cards. I can also
be found in qrz.com.
