FOR SALE:

Ameritron AL-811 HF Amplifier.

Output 600 Watts.  Operates all modes (SSB/CW/RTTY) etc.

Operates on All bands, but does not have the 10 meter mod in it. I have 
never
found a need for high power on 10 meters.  On Ten Meters you can work the
world with 5-10 watts and a wet noodle for an antenna.  Hi Hi!

Operates on standard household (120V) power.  No separate
power supply needed.  Just hook it up, plug it in and you're ready to
go.

This amplifier is in mint condition and has been used in a smoke free
environment.  It has never been abused.  I have broken many pileups
chasing DX with this amplifier.

Reason for selling: I purchased a used Ameritron ALS-600 Solid State
No Tune Amplifier from a ham in the Denver area.  I am not selling it
because there is something wrong with it.  If there was a problem, I would
let you know.  Anybody who has ever purchased a piece of ham gear from
me knows that it is usually in pristine condition.

Price includes a matched set of 811A tubes that I have never installed.  I
ordered them to have as a spare in the event I needed to replace the tubes.

Asking $599.00 but will consider "reasonable" offers.  Keep in mind the 
tubes
are about $80 for a set of 3 matched tubes, plus about $15 s/h.  Plus, there 
is
no shipping charge if purchased locally.
