[PPRAANet] Correction

In my e-mail regarding teams for the upcoming NAQP RTTY Contest, I mentioned that I 
wanted to have the teams registered by Friday, Feb 21st.  The line read:

"I would like to have the team(s) registered by 10 PM MST on Friday, Feb. 21, 2013."

It should read "10 M MST on Friday, Feb. 22, 2013"  Senility is hell  :)  Thanks to Dennis, N0ABC for catching the error.
