I have another TS-830S that needs finals and a driver (and neutralization once replaced) $200.00 (it has the original tubes and power output has dropped to 50 watts over the years, this was my main radio for many decades. I have owned it since new)

TS 440S with Antenna tuner PLUS PS 30 Power Supply PLUS SP 430 Speaker for $375.00. This was my Dads station and it works as new.
