If you want to copy all the Flood Watch info for Manitou, Listen to 155.100 Mhz FM.
Currently Cascade is reporting heavy rain and wash outs. 1430 MDT, 12 Aug, 2013.
As an added bonus you will hear the El Paso County Digital Fire channel.
All the garbled and gurgly voice is the Digital El Paso Communications repeater,
All the clear voice is the real Manitou FM Fire Communications.
Call sign KDE652.
You can hear all the El Paso Communications from Black Forest to Security.
If you can't afford one of those digital scanners or listen on line, use your old FM scanner to copy 155.100 MHz.
i have a free Bearcat scanner but it doesn't have a crystal for 155.100.
