Over the weekend I wrote:

Does anybody in the club have a SignaLink USB Interface that I could
possibly borrow for an hour or two?  I wouldn't need the cables, just the
unit itself.  I will explain why if you call me.

I got some help from Jim Bishop, KD0KQL, and borrowed his SignaLink
USB Interface and I plugged it in, but there was no resolution to my low 
power output.

I contacted Tigertronics and it was a menu setting in my FT-950.  I made the 
suggested
change and everything is now back to normal.
