I never really knew Frank Drake KL7IPV but the old timers in the club will 
remember him, I'm sure.  Frank was a past-president of the PPRAA probably 
back in the 80s, and a very well-liked member in both the PPRAA and the Las 
Vegas Radio Amateur Club (in which he also became very active and liked in 
more recent years.)
