Dan and I operated from North Sterling State park as multi-multi. He was on the Flex 5000, me on the Icom 7000. Antennas were a G5RVLite and G5RV Jr. 80 meters was pretty dead. We had better luck in 2010 with the hexbeam!

I made my goal of 100 contacts and was thrilled! Dan did a lot of CW, not sure how many or what our score is. Still need to figure that out, and with the comments made, I'm not sure if N1MM scored it right or not. Since we weren't mobile, it should be close - more on that soon. 

I know there were times when our signals were in conflict, but Dan was enjoying watching me make contacts so he never said anything about me blasting him out until late in the day! HA! 

All in all, it was a fun weekend. We tried working the Tennessee QSO party on Sunday, but conditions were bad. I made only 4 SSB contacts, Dan maybe a dozen CW. We'll still turn them in since as newbies to their contest we still get a certificate! 

Thanks for all who participated!!  I'm sure the board will be discussing what changes to make for next year.
