[PPRAANet] Looking for some help planning an installation in my new car

I just got a new car (infiniti FX-35) and need help planning a 
professional installation of a Ham radio in it.

I don't mind drilling for an NMO mount on the roof. I just need to find 
a good sleek antenna (or dual antennas) that complements the car.

Also, I'd like to create a custom mount for an Icom radio. My preference 
would be an Icom IC-2820H with my second choice being an Icom ID-880H. 
Both of those radios have small, detachable faces and I think they would 
mount well in the ashtray area in front of the shifter, as seen in this pic.

The red arrow shows the ashtray area that I want to rip out and replace 
with a custom radio installation.

So, if any of you have any experience in quality, custom mobile 
installations, I'd love to at least consult with you on my approach/design.
