[PPRAANet] RFinder - Now allowing repeater edits from RFinder/Web, RFinder Android and RFinder/iOS

> We have put the finishing touches on RFinder/Web's editing capability. If you find repeaters that have incorrect info please use the web editor. it can be found at http://web.rfinder.net. RFinder/Web allows changing the Trustee callsign also.  Changing of callsigns will be added to Android and iPhone very soon, in that order.  You can still add repeaters with or without a subscription at http://add.rfinder.net
