Just to ad some information. The shooter attempted to purchase a rifle but was refused (gun control at work), so he took guns from his mother's house. His mother was a gun collector. Anyone wanting to commit such an act will find a way to get a gun and no amount of gun control will prevent it. Strict gun control will only keep guns out of the hands of law abiding citizens, not criminals or someone wanting to commit such a act of violence.
