Where are the rules for the upcoming Colorado QSO Party? I went to the site posted on the WA7BNM Contest web site ( http://www.ppraa.org/coqp/2011%20COQP%20Rules%2011-1.pdf) and I don't see any .pdf file with the rules. Is it there? Dick W0RAA
