[PPRAANet] 10 meter Antennas

I was talking to Doc at the PPRAA meeting Wed evening about the antenna he
uses for 10 meters. He described a vertical dipole made from 8' or so of
coax, but I didn't get all the details of it. Can someone refer me to a
website link or describe in detail how to make one. Has there been a Zero
Beat or QST article about it? I was unable to uncover any hits in Google of
this type of antenna, but I may not have been searching properly.
