Thank you for your interest in the Northern Colorado Amateur Radio Club’s winter 2012 Hamfest to be held January 21th, 2012 at the Larimer County Fairgrounds, Thomas M. McKee Building. http://www.co.larimer.co.us/theranch/fac_mckee.pdf   This is a beautiful 12,500 SF facility with high ceilings and lots of natural light.

 

Please check this page frequently for updated information.

 

Doors will be open for vendors at 7:00am for vendor setup and to the general public 8:30am – 2:00pm. There are two large overhead doors to help you get your setup in.

Admittance to the event is $5.00 per person, children under 12 are admitted free.

 

Vendor tables are 8 feet long and are priced $12.00 advance sale and $17.00 the day of the event.  We encourage you to reserve your tables early!

 

This year we have a couple ways that you can reserve your tables:

-       Sign up using our online payment link (http://ncarc.net/node/189)  (Recommended)

-       Send an email request to hamfest at ncarc.net  Include your name, call sign, email address, valid phone number, and how many tables you wish to reserve.

-       Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, or our online payment system.

If you would like to reserve particular table locations, please see the (http://ncarc.net/sites/default/files/HAMFEST-2012.pdf ) page.  We will make every attempt to assign the tables you request but we may not be able to honor all requests.  If you have a special need for specific tables please send an email to hamfest at ncarc.net and we will contact you regarding your request.

 

Electric is included at all tables at no additional cost.  One chair is provided per table and others may be available but you may wish to bring one or more of your own just in case.
