I thought by now that this sad news would have been posted on this site.

Jess Miley, K0TAA became a SK on Sunday.  The cause of his passing is not 
officially known, but an educated guess would point to the cancer he has 
been fighting the past few years.

Many of us knew Jess and have purchased ham gear from him at various local 
swap meets, Mega fest, etc, as well as his small retail site at his home in 
Florence, CO.  He will be missed by the ham community.  I always jokingly 
told him he was the best "horse trader" I ever knew.  You couldn't help but 
like him.

His wife, Mildred, is not accepting any phone calls at present, which is 
understandable.  At Jess's request there are no formal funeral plans or 
memorial services.  If you have equipment on consignment with Jess to sell 
or have a pending order with him, please get in touch with Bill Evans,
