Not sure why you're so bent out of shape, Mike.  First, I have never known 
Jeff's e-mail address.  Second, he called me and he wasn't upset.  The real 
jackass is the one who stole his e-mail address book.  But, Jeff told me 
that he left AOL on all night and didn't sign off.  Not a good thing to do. 
So, lighten up a bit.
