> On November 5, the 285 TechConnect Radio Club will be sponsoring its annual TechFest in Conifer, CO. The TechFest is an all day (9am - 3pm) meeting that focuses on the technical side of Ham Radio. Topics will be chosen based upon their technical content and their appeal to a broad group of amateurs (newcomers and old timers alike). This year we will have an open theme, so any topic will be considered. We are now starting the process of choosing presentations for this event, so anyone who has a topic that they would like to present is asked to submit the title and brief description of their presentation to Bill (N0CU). Presentations that have been given at other forums will be considered. Submissions must be received no later than Sunday, July 17.
