I would like to take this opportunity to thank the PPRAA, the Colorado QSO 
Party (COQP) organizers and Frank Drake (KL7IPV) for the PPRAA SK Memorial 
Award for the Highest Member Score submitted by a PPRAA member in the COQP.

Frank is the sponsor/donor of this award.  It is hanging on my shack wall 
for all to see.

I hope that more PPRAA members will participate in the COQP in 2011.  It's a
