All,

Jackie (AC0CA) is stepping down as the VE coordinator.  Jackie has been 
the VE coordinator for a number of years and has done a fantastic job.  
Be sure to thank her the next time you see her!

We need a replacement volunteer.  It is not required that you are a VE, 
although it may be helpful.  PPRAA holds a VE session every other even 
month, plus a session at the PPRAA Megafest in July.

Your role as the VE coordinator would be:
- Email asking for VE volunteers
- Email the reflector announcing the upcoming session
- Select and post the VEs scheduled for the sessions
- (*) arrange the time and room with Colorado Technical University (CTU) 
for the sessions
- (*) post a listing of the year's upcoming sessions to the ARRL 
Database online.
- Field questions from candidates
- Puts together special sessions when required.

(*) For 2011, Jackie has already taken care of these items.
