Hello everyone,

At the last general membership meeting it was approved to create a Facebook
page and begin using other social media technologies to promote amateur
radio and our club. Unfortunately, a mis-configuration of the Facebook
account allows for email routing which means that every time something
happens on our Facebook account it treats it as an email which in turns gets
published to the reflector. We are taking steps to correct this so the
reflector does not get these messages. We apologize for the inconvenience
and we hope to have this resolved quickly. If you decide to add PPRAA to
your individual Facebook account that is great, please do so. The PPRAA is
not requiring that our membership create Facebook accounts we are leaving
this decision up to the individual. I want to thank everyone for their
questions and concerns and let us know if you have any other problems or
questions.

73,

Michael E. Derbort, KCØELG
President
Pikes Peak Radio Amateur Association

Hope to see you at Megafest
