[PPRAANet] Fw: [GMC] FW: GMCC Sponsored Plaques for COQP

The Grand mesa Contesters are doing their part to make the COQP a worthy
contest.  I hope the PPRAA will also sponsor a number of plaques and also
have participation from the members.  We need to have member participation
in the worst way.  It doesn't take a huge antenna or a high power station, 
it's
just a desire to hand out contacts and submit your score.

Let's all get behind this one.
