I'm searching for a LOW COST 10 meter transceiver  (such as a HTX-10 or 
HTX-100) for use by several soon-to-be technician licensed Boy Scouts of 
Colorado Springs Troop 503.

If the transceiver is dead, a local technician/electrical engineer has 
volunteered help make the radio work again.
