[PPRAANet] N1MM Scoring other than USA & Canada In COQP

Hi,

During the COQP I had a contact with a Mexico station (4B2EX).  N1MM refuses to allow any points for the contact.  I've used XE2 and 4B2 for the exchange and after forcing N1MM to log it with CTL+ALT+ENTER it allows no points.  Does anyone have any experience or ideas on this?  I tried during the contest and since with no success.  Or, is he COQP just a USA/Canada?  At the start it was not intended to be that way.
