[PPRAANet] Minor Correction, Skywarn Recognition Day in Pueblo on December 3-4

In my introductory comments to the Skywarn Recognition Day announcement, I
said " . . . in Pueblo on December 4-5 . . ."  that should have been Friday,
December 3rd through Saturday, December 4th.  The dates listed in the formal
announcement are correct.

Sorry for the confusion.
