[PPRAANet] CT-17 use

I am having problems getting a IC-7000 CI-V port working.  I'm using a 
Western Mountain Radio, USB RIGTalk interface instead of ICOM's CT-17.  
The RIGtalk works fine when connected to an IC-735.   

I am looking for someone willing to plug the IC-7000 into a working 
CT-17 just to see if the radio is at fault or the RIGtalk is at fault.  
(If the radio is at fault it would be easier getting ICOM to believe me 
if it has been tested with the CT-17 <-- my assumption.)
