April PPRAA General Membership Meeting
              Program "RF Grounding"

Based on the survey conducted at the last meeting we are moving to have 
more technical presentations.

Please stay tuned for an antenna building weekend.  The idea behind our 
Field Day effort will be to use PPRAA and Tri-Lakes Fire District built 
antennas, no commercially built HF antennas.  The antenna building day 
should be fun and educational for all (new hams to long-time hams).
