[PPRAANet] Handheld Nav-Com wanted

I am a private pilot and I have a friend who is currently pursuing his 
pilot's license. He is in the market for a used handheld Nav-Com, like 
the Vertex VXA-300 or VXA-710 (The VX-7R for pilots).

He only has $150 to spend and has been searching for a while with no joy 
(he can't have mine). If anyone out there has a handheld nav-com that 
they'd be willing to part with for about a buck fitty, it'd be much 
appreciated.
