Comments:

It was nice to see ANARTS back with a new sponsor and a new name.  I hope 
the
sponsors keep it going and see it grow.  I liked the 3 different contest
periods that allowed for a nice break and a good nights sleep.  Band 
conditions
were very strange.  I didn't hear any Africa or Asia stations.  Sunday, the 
20
meter band was almost deserted.  At least at my QTH.  I didn't hear any 10
meter activity and 15 meters was hardly worth spending time on.  I still had 
a
good time and look forward to next year.  I would like to see the 3 periods 
end
at 1600 UTC, 0800 UTC and 2400 UTC.  The xx59 UTC didn't make a lot of 
sense,
but it won't keep me away.  Thanks to the stations that gave me contacts.
