After each contest, just go to  http://www.hornucopia.com/3830score/
and fill out the form for the contest you entered.  You will find a list of
the current/most recent contests on the left side of the page.

Fill it out and then submit it.

Try it on this one, and be sure that you have a copy e-mailed to you.  Then
send that copy you receive to the PPRAA reflector.

If you need any assistance, please feel free to call me.  I hope a few 
others
from PPRAA got into the NAQP-CW this past weekend.  It was fun.
