[PPRAANet] Updated Salvation Army Christmas Dinner Mission Plan

Attention All...

There is one mistake on the Salvation Army Christmas Mission plan.

ALL repeaters now use the 107.2 tone.

I had listed the 146.760 repeater with no tone. This is a copy-paste 
error from last year's plan, when that was the case. It is no longer 
true. ALL CMRG repeaters now use the 107.2 HZ tone.
