[PPRAANet] [GMCC] [CMRG] CO QSO Party question

Attached is what I had E mailed to our Ski Country ARC E mailing list. 
You might want to do something similar. Feel free to copy this except 
for the part intended for our local club at the end. I plan to send 
another out just before the contest and maybe a few can actually find 
the ON switch on their rigs.

It certainly wouldn't hurt to talk it up on the local repeaters etc.
